Rash and medical reactions

At the March 2 Medal of Honor ceremony Trump was seen with a large rash behind his ear. White House physician Sean Barbabella said the president had used a "common cream" as part of a preventative skin treatment, while medical analyst Dr. Vin Gupta suggested the lesion could be "pre-cancerous." The White House also faced questions about whether a CT or MRI had been done; by the following Tuesday Trump appeared to be covering the area with makeup.

Memory mix-up and family concern

During the meeting Trump confused details about his father's birthplace, claiming his father had been born in the same place as Chancellor Merz. Frederick Trump Jr. was actually born in the Bronx; Trump’s grandparents were born in the Kingdom of Bavaria. His niece Mary Trump told The Daily Beast she believes he shows signs of dementia, saying, "There are times I look at him and I see my grandfather... His short-term memory seems to be deteriorating."
