He called the ruling "deeply disappointing," thanked dissenters Brett Kavanaugh, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, and sharply criticized justices who joined the majority, including Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch, accusing the court of being swayed by outside interests. He also reiterated his objections in a March 15 Truth Social post.
