The complaint

Noah Springer filed a civil suit in Palm Beach County on April 15, alleging he invested $500,000 in December 2022 for a 25% stake in the company, then called Pickle Innovation Studios and renamed Pickle Pro Labs in 2024. Springer says he advanced funds and services, expected $5,000 a month and stopped receiving payments in May 2024.
